This property was recently purchased by our Customer, who was actively working to attract new retail tenants to this high volume area Mall. Schedules for various “Grand Openings” presented numerous, strict, hard deadlines.

Further complicating our abilities, were the countless other Contractors, carpenters, roofers, hvac technicians, and others requiring use of the same lot for their equipment, and operations with the same deadlines.
